Free shipping in The Netherlands applies if an order is placed with a value of €100,- or higher and the service used for shipping is PostNL. Delivery in the Netherlands may take two to five business days. Free Worldwide shipping applies if an order is placed with a value above €250,- and the service used for shipping is DHL*.

Whenever products are sold at a discount on our website, we hold the right to send our products in shipping bags. Furthermore, products that are bought at a discount or during a sale on our website can not be returned. The bought item(s) can only be exchanged for another product on our website.

Reprimande is entitled and permitted to revise these shipping and return terms at any time as it sees fit.

*Reprimande is not responsible for taxes or duties incurred on international shipping. Each country has its own regulations and we have no way of calculating this charge. We recommend you to contact the local tax authority in your area to find out in advance exactly what taxes need to be paid. Any duties or taxes due are the responsibility of the customer and must be paid if instructed to do so.


Return policy

You have 14 days to return your purchase or exchange your items.
Attention: You can only return our products after our approval via email: support@reprimande.com

Fill out the return form and send it back to us*.

Note*: Products that are sent back to us are based on the Dutch Law called ‘Wet Koop op Afstand’ (Law Remote Purchase) and need to be returned and send back to us in the original state. If you do not comply, we hold the right to deny the return.
If the return is accepted, Reprimande will deposit the amount of purchase within 14 business days. The process of return is at your own cost and risk. We advise sending products with a high purchase value via registered mail.
